Are products printed to order?
Yes. Fixed Not Replaced uses print-on-demand production, so items are made after purchase.
Is production time different from shipping time?
Yes. Because items are printed after purchase, production happens first. Shipping time starts after the package is handed to the carrier.
Can I return apparel if I ordered the wrong size?
Print-on-demand returns can be limited because each item is made for the order. Review the size guide before checkout.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact support with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items can be reviewed for help.
How should I wash printed apparel?
Wash inside out with cold water and tumble dry low or hang dry.
Where is checkout handled?
Checkout is handled by Shopify using the store's native cart and checkout flow.
Why are products made to order?
Made-to-order production keeps the brand flexible, reduces unused inventory, and makes it easier to test new repair-culture designs without waste.
